Preparations for Denmark

Hi! We are The Swedish Team who are going to Denmark on May 19th.

Right now we are sitting in a group room at our school Fridhemskolan in Arvidsjaur. Two of the guys in the team are editing the movie that we filmed about sustainable future where we went around and interviewed the local people in our town. Meanwhile we are making this blogpost.

We will begin our trip in four days from now. We are really excited to make this journey with our teachers, classmates and friends. We are also really looking forward to meeting our hosts in Denmark!

Our trip home (Day 5)

On friday We went home. We left with the buss from the school at 10.00 together with the students from Denmark. We Said goodbye to the Danish students at the airport. We ate some food before we went on the airplane. Then we flew to Arlanda and then to Skellefteå. We came to Arvidsjaur around 20.00. Agnes/Isak

Day 1 in Latvia

Today we had some ice breaker activities we played a game where we were going to stand in an circle and one in the middle of the circle and one of those in the circle choose dance move and everybody made that move and the one in the middle we’re going to guess who made up the dance moves. We also had some speed dating to get to know each other’s. We went with some students around the school and showed us everything after a while we got a test about the school and we were going to take pictures of certain things. After that we had lunch. The lunch was much better then expected it was really good. We then went to Riga and their very beautiful old town. We got an exercise to search for specific things and take a picture of it. When we were done with that we spend some time just walking around in the old town. Then we went to a mall and had the chance to buy some stuff. Both of us liked it here in Ozolnieki and Riga and we really enjoyed this day so much and we got so many new friends....

Tuesday in Sweden

TUESDAY At tuesday we start the day in the music room and had a workshop with Jonas about building materials. We got divided into groups and visit the Värmeverket and learn about how the heat go into the houses and how all of that works. Then we had Fika. After lunch we started with the housebuilding, we were divided into groups with one student from each country and got a country where the house was going to be. We ended the day with fika.
